Is it okay to cut a 120mg extended release pseudoephedrine tablet in half, and will it be the equivalent of two 30mg tablets? Is phenylephrine safe combined with pseudoephedrine? I'm pretty sure that's a resounding "NO".

I just started taking Naproxen and getting severe stomach cramps. The free Nurseline service said to see an urgent care clinic tomorrow (they're closed tonight), and I don't think an emergency room is warranted, but it really hurts. Any suggestions for relief until we go

I am looking for information on Tobramycin Sulfate for IV/IM use in inhalation therapy. If I am giving a 320mg dose, which is 8cc's of 40mg/ml 2cc vials, do I need to dilute this further in the nebulizer? Thanks Kevin
