To control pain, I use Lidoderm patches. The package is about $230
USdollars.      I was wondering if their was a cheaper way to construct
somethign like this at home.  I was thinking of using DMSO as the carrier
agent and then using something like Capsaicin or some pain management ...

I am taking a new drug (painkiller) and the pharmacy information
sheet has a sentence I don't quite understand:
"This medicine may be taken with food if it upsets your stomach,
