My doc recently switched me from a combo of vicotyn and ultram to talwin/nx for chronic pain. He explained to me that because of the naltrexone it would be a "waste" to take any left-over vicotyn.

my p-doc gave me eurocoleen for sweating associated with SSRIs. The generic name is bethisreal. it really helped when i was taking enufranil for OCD - beforehand, i had sweat running down my crack walking to the car in the summer...
