hello, i live in country where there's overly too much salt and oil in
everyday food I eat. Kinda hard to avoid, organic restaurants/cafe are
too pricey. What other supplement or what can I do to minimize/reverse
the effect of having too much salt and oil? (and freaking MSG too)
