Frankly, I have not heard of the measuring method used in this study but it seems to be more accurate than BMI and more defined than WHR (waist hip ratio) wrt abdominal fat. Arbor

There are plenty articles on the benefit of taking omega-3 fatty acid (fish oil). Is there any report that long term consumption of omega-3 fatty acid (2 fish oil capsules per day) resulted to Fatty Liver or other adversed effect?
