In Canada at least, it is illegal to sell raw sugar.
Brown sugar, even "Demerara" sugar, is refined white
sugar with refined molasses added back.
(Real Demerara is crystallised raw sugar.)

"professionals" not taken to court for misconduct as any doctor would for
