I am 38 and do not have any real joint problems but my knee joints feel weak. They pain a little when I jog - it also causes discomfort in the knee joints. I dread that in few years I may start having serious knee problems. What can I do now to prevent (or postpone) knee/joint

What kind of test does the doctor have to do to see if you are lacking in vitamins?? My physician just took my blood, and she said it was fine. But I dont feel fine .. Is there a disadvantage to taking too much Vitamins?
