I need help, like everyone else. I have fibromyalgia so I don't get the exercise I need and hate and I crave carbs like crackers and squeeze cheese , mornings I eat a breakfast bar and coffee, afternoon its the crackers and cheese, maybe some fruit. Evening maybe a steak but

I think his book is "The real age makeover". I watched him on TV. 1. Canned salmon 3 time per week(or 2grams of fish oil) 2. 2 baby aspirins per day 3. 400 iu of vit D - btw, how much vitamin D do you get in milk?

I appear to have developed an allergy to any uncooked/unprocessed vegetable matter. If I eat fruits, raw vegetables, or unfermented tea, my lips, mouth, and throat get itchy. Has anyone else experienced this, or do you have any thoughts or advice?
