My SO's doctor criticized her use of vitamin E saying that there wasn't
any study showing any demonstratable benefit in using vitamin E. She is
currently using 400 IU, which I don't think anybody cosiders harmful,
but I am thinking that we should both discontinue its use because of

Does anyone know how wholemeal and white flour differ in terms of
vitamin and mineral content? Do these two flours differ in nutrition?
Also, I suspect that wholemeal flour has a lower Glycemic Index than
white flour, but I do not actually know that. Does anyone know?
