We find we have reactions to eating dates that you buy packaged in the stores, as well as "nut bars" which list DATES as an ingredient. I am wondering if it is because of any PROCESSING of raw dates, or, could it be that dates come off the plant in the shape and continuincy found ...

I am taking a capsule that has 600 mg and 30 mg of CoQ10. It suggests taking two of these daily but I am only taking one. I do need to bring my cholesterol down. I am wondering if taking this lower dose has any effectiveness.
