There is an interesting article on how Dark Chocolate is good for your

I have heard this before and it appears to be one of the reasons that
the Europeans live longer then Americans.

Pain in fingers/joints27 Jan 2006 14:48 GMT1
Myself and a friend (both in late 30's) have mild-moderate finger/joint pain
that comes and goes. We both use computers and play guitar a reasonable
amount. Is/are there any particular nutrient(s) that are likely to be
deficient and contributing to this?

uncontrollably. This really scares me and I wonder if I am going to get
parkinsons or alzheimers. I'm only 24 years old, and otherwise very
healthy.

(American Cancer Society) reported only her remark about fish oil.
What about Dr. Budwig's protocol? She insisted that the conjugate ...

there is a general guideline that eating more unsaturated fats is better
for your health (they can be used for more things in your body),
particularly omega 3 fats. But I wonder, how much is too much? For
example, what if you eat an amount if omega 3 fats that is equivalent to
