Do remember that all omega-3's aren't the same for us humans. We rely on long-chain - 20+ length. Flax, and all other veggie sources contain ONLY short-chain - 18. As we get older, we get worse and worse at converting veggie omega-3 to the forms we need.

Anyone have any opinion/experience with "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose? I just got the book as a present and some of it makes sense but I'm not sure I could continue with such a diet. She puts down cow's milk AND soy milk and recommends nut milk.
