Weight is far more reliable than volume, but for a lot of things
a cup measure doubles as a scoop (e.g. flour) so is a bit more
convenient. But, having got a kitchen scale, I use weight for
almost everything now.

one.  I won't comment on it for a few days or so, but instead ask those
