I have hard time coping with changes in life, anxiety about future and rough times. Once I get to that point I feel like short in breathing, helpless and when I want to calm myself it gets worse.

Coconut oil is great in shampoo and in hair conditioner. It leaves my long multi-colored naturally dark brown hair soft and shiny. It is also good for softening old touch leather shoes and belts. Just thought that Montygram, might want to know. :)
