Can I ask if anyone has any well-reasoned thoughts about how to stop muscle
cramps (especially those in the lower leg)? I have a friend who seems to get
them all the time - I mean, sometimes she has 3 or 4 in an hour! - and finds
that the usual advice to 'eat more bananas' ...
