I came here for one specific purpose - that being to disseminate what I

Some of the bread I have seen in the stores say "Stone Ground Whole Wheat"
while others just say "Whole Wheat".  What is the difference between the
two?  Is either better for you than the other?

Some of the responses to my posts have been sarcastic and negative in
