I know this type of question has been asked many times but would like to get a feedback never the less. i read that its suggested that an adult man consume 2500 calories a day. Now, if this man keeps up with this diet of 2500 calories.

When looking for the side effects on glutamte I found many different opinions... many people seem to have some side effects, but only in the West... In Asia glutamate is used abundantly and no side effects are reported
