I have a leaky gut. One pecularity is that raw cabbage aggravates my Tunnel Carpal Syndrome. My wrist develops a numb/swollen sensation within an hour. Would anyone know what might cause this? Does cabbage contain a lectin (ie SnowDrop) to bind with sugars (ie Mannose)

the DHA suppelment i take is a high DHA algae oil(martek), with a little vitamin E added... and since i order it online i know its going to be sitting in a 90+ degree UPS truck for a few days... question is, will this high heat have any negative effects on the DHA?

I exercise, I eat a lot of healthy foods, drink protein shakes, take supps of all kinds but I crave carbs. Not sugar but breads. Even before becoming a vegetarian, I can remember going to the Chart house restaurant and eating so much of their bread that by the time the steak ...

I have read that 25 or even up to 50 mg of DHEA is safe. Recently I've read that no more than 5 mg should be taken. And if you have any type of cancer, none should be taken. But if you don't have cancer, it prevents it.
