I would like to know if drinking reverse osmosis water is bad for the body. I've read conflicting information. Some people argue about how it would cause mineral deficiencies. Others say that water doensn't provide much minerals to the body, so it shouldn't be harmful.

Hey people, would this be the guideline used to control calory intake? Aim for maximum vitamin and mineral (by food or pills) Get enough fat, protein (according to your weight) and carbohydrate on a daily basis.

I've been low-carbing for about 5 years now and my weight has stayed steady at around 184 lbs with minor short-term blips up and down, no more than 3-4 lbs either way, for the last 4 years anyways. In the last two weeks, I've been significantly more active than usual.
