I am not aware of any credible studies that found that we are in fact
lacking in fluoride. All we have is very poorly done studies, most
coming from the 1940's (very, very poor science, if you can call it
science at all), that indicate that fluoride increases tooth hardness.

I have a friend who is on this system - has to lose over 200 lbs - I
have heard that the food provided is sorely lacking in nutrients, but
the friend claims it's perfectly balanced and no supplements are
needed.  Any comments? The friend is diabetic and on insulin.
