I noticed that many vegetarian web sites usually devote a page attempting to show, by comparative anatomy, that humans are herbivores. The Name Milton R. Mills, MD, came up quite a bit. Here is what I found out about the good doctor:

I am taking a 15 mg Zinc Gluconate supplement at the moment as part of a campaign to heal an eczema problem (one a day usually, but sometimes 2). But I have read that if you take too much zinc, it can interfere with Copper absorption.

My fave green veggie, unfortunatly only available a few weeks of the year before they get to big & tough and go to seed. One thing about the further north clime though is that they come later & grow slower but also have a longer harvesting/edible season.
