I have a wound on my hand that I got 3.5 months ago.  It's not healing

I think that I read why somewhere, but now Ive forgotten, and I cant
find a very good explanation anywhere. What I wish to know is what
difference does it make to a fit active person not wanting to lose

    First-time poster to this group. I've been following the sporadic
pockets of discussion on the allithiamin family(TTFD, benfotiamin, etc)
and its proposed effects on AGE accumulation in the body. Intriguing,

I am a rookie to this but... I am in need of various vitamin supplements
(including iron) but can't stand taking pills.  Is there anything I can mix
