I eat properly, meaning veggies and protein-rich foods, with very limited
carbs, saturated fat, trans fats, sugar and salt.  But a few times a week
I'll have a muffin for breakfast or a little ice cream for dessert at
dinner, and feel kinda guilty afterwards.

Would somebody be able to tell me if drinking about 6-7 litres of Diet
Cordial with water a day is healthy or not? I notice I eat less when I do
it, but is it safe and is it recommended when trying to lose weight?
