Have you ever tried pouring half of a fresh bottle of flax seed oils into a glass jar and watch it foam to the top? That's what I did and I'm worried that the oil has gone rancid. I store them in the refrigerator and under vacuum hoping to preserve its freshness.

What is the latest information on the safety and effectiveness of diet patches? How long do they last? I want to consider using one in the evening when my cravings are the strongest, but at bedtime remove it and reapply it the next evening. Make sense?
