Vision Problem - Iris Contracting23 Oct 2004 12:47 GMT2
Sitting in my living room watching TV, after about 15 minutes something went
wrong with my vision, made me think I was either having a stroke or going
blind.
As I casually sat in my chair in semi-darkened room watching TV about 15 feet
Alternative to energy drinks?23 Oct 2004 04:13 GMT8
I'm currently on a diet of two energy drinks per day. Without them I
find myself thinking of sleep and unable to concentrate on my work, as
soon as I drink two I'm wide awake.
I'd like to try and cut energy drinks out of my diet and try and eat
on Atkins; question about booze23 Oct 2004 03:59 GMT1
What booze can I drink whilst on this diet?
Good luck!

How many calories is enough?22 Oct 2004 14:29 GMT8
I've been thin all my life (male, age 26, 5' 10", 150 lb), so I always
make sure I eat enough for fear that if I don't I may lose weight and
get unhealthily skinny.  At the same time, there's something I've
never quite understood.  For my age and weight I'm apparently supposed
lose weight on vegetarian diet?  22 Oct 2004 14:16 GMT51
It might be hard to believe, but there are overweight vegetarians out
there.  I am one of them.  Heart disease doesn't run in my family (though
high blood pressure does), but it's always nice to fit into smaller clothes
(I have about 10 pairs of pants just waiting for me to be ...

Looking for a heavy beer22 Oct 2004 07:43 GMT2
What are some real high calorie beers? All I read about are how low
carb/calorie certain beers are. But I'm rather slender and I could use the
calories. I do love Guinness, but even then I think it's only around 200
calories. Maybe there are some exotic beers that are more in the ...

Reverse coronary calcium deposits?21 Oct 2004 07:22 GMT59
A client recently had a coronary calcium scan, and found his levels are
three times what they were four years ago.  Is there anything he can do to
slow down or reverse the calcium deposits in his arteries?
Vegans and epilepsy20 Oct 2004 12:09 GMT1
various studies have linked low taurine levels to epilepsy.
Vegans have lower taurine levels due to lower input (also of cysteine).
Thus, one would expect vegans to have a higher incidence of epilepsy.
But I can't find any study showing this.  Any idea why?
