If you are not informed as to the science of heavey metal effects in
humans, why would you assume your friends who prescribe these drugs to be
any more so?

I sometimes get tingeling and hotness in my face and ears after eating
peanuts. I also get this and sometimes a flushing of the face when
drinking a little alcohol.
It feels as if I had taken a Niacin tablet.

This may seem like a silly question, perhaps it is --
I don't care that much for broccoli -- it always tastes of fish to me -- and
I notice a correlation as to feeling pretty lousy the next day compared to
eating cauliflower and cabbage.

inhibitors, and acid blockers decreasing the absorption of vitamins, and
would appreciate any comments or info re the decreasing of vitamins in food
