I'm not big on eating vegetables or bread or oatmeal. Basically what oat bran or other product could I ingest to lower cholesterol? What I would likely do is just mix the product with water and drink a pint or two of it. What fiber material would be best for reducing cholesterol?

I am cutting down on my food in order to lose weight. I have started doing weight-training and after completing a "bulking" phase, I'm now "cutting". Is wholemeal bread and wholmeal pasta OK to eat or are these too high in carbohydrates to eat?
