ferritin .. the iron storage molecule IS .. bad .. and is NOT 'required' ..

I have an iron deficit, and have been instructed to take iron pills
daily. However, the pills cause stomach ache, nausea, and increase in
body temperature so they are not a good solution for me.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
