Hi. I understand that the sulfur-based amino acid taurine helps to spare the loss of magnesium from the body. Can anyone briefly explain the mechanism? Most important - Does this mechanism primarily involve the kidneys? Thanks in advance.

hi, after a heart by pass I have been told to consume omega 3 in oily fish. since I often add anchovy essence ( 40% anchovy) to soups and curries. does anchovy count as a fish rich in omega 3, please ? thanking you for any advice. john west

I'm expecting my second child (16 weeks). I used to take barlean's omega twin oil, but I don't take it anymore since I know that I'm pregnant. I'm not sure if the oil (especially the lignan) is 'save' for the pregnancy.
