How much more optimal is it to spread the supplementation out to twice a day
(say once in the morning & once in the evening) vs. just one time (morning,

In the recent post about fish and lipid profile and in this study,
profiles for lipids are changed for the better.  The "dash" diet suggests
using fish and dairy as one's animal sources, and that combination is not
