Can anyone recommend a good diet tracking software. I started my own
spreadsheet and found it rather laborious.

My ferritin levels have been high for 3 years - consistently around 650 to
750.  Have been tested for hemochromatosis and doesn't seem I have that
gene. Doctors have no idea what is causing it and am told 'not to worry
about it'. Commom sense tells me that I need to look into this ...

I've read about fructose causing obesity and insulin resistance.  I gather
fructose is found in both sugar and corn syrup.  Might it be better to

Firstly I should say that I have no problems with 'regularity' or any
need for a laxative product, but just to add some fibre to my diet i
have been taking a glass of Citrucel almost daily.
