Can anyone advise about nutrition for memory & concentration? After a several years of ill health I find my memory & concentration are shot. Long term memorys fine, short term memorys dreadful, concentration zilch, dream recall appalling.

Hi, as a "perk" at work all employees were offered a full blood work screening includng CBC & Metabolic panel and cholesterol test. The first two tests were OK, the only thing was a tiny bit high on red blood cell count?
