As when posted before, veggie only folk by definition of what they eat the

I have forgone the usual bowl of Vector or any other quasi-healthy dry
cereal lately for good old fashioned slow cooked porridge, for the most

has 1g fat, 1g carbs, and 8g protein.  That means 10 grams
