Do fruit juices lack some of the nutrients that whole fruits contain?  It

iodide - its apparently good for preventing the thyroid gland from absorbing

i have also been on this diet for 3 months and have lost 35lbs. i
agree with you in that it is the best diet. the key to this diet is
that you are never hungry. all other diets i have tried in the past

i have been eating lots of balance bars lately, and i
believe they are somehow contributing to hair loss.  any
ideas why?  i think it might be the beta carotene, but i'm
open to other possibilities.

Apparently it increases SHBG, which would indicate that it decreases free T.
But, it also binds to SHBG which would indicate that it would inactivate
