matt, i have also been on this diet for 3 months and have lost 35lbs. i agree with you in that it is the best diet. the key to this diet is that you are never hungry. all other diets i have tried in the past

i have been eating lots of balance bars lately, and i believe they are somehow contributing to hair loss. any ideas why? i think it might be the beta carotene, but i'm open to other possibilities.
