actual time between eating and seeing either fat or muscle29 Mar 2004 05:39 GMT23
I have searched Google but can't find an answer to a simple (OK, not

Has anyone here had experience with Polyphepan?
POLYPHEPAN is an efficient ecologically benign enterosorbent prepared from
the hydrolysis lignin. POLYPHEPAN is 5-10 times more potent in absorbability
than activated charcoal, it stimulates the intestinal function, possesses

My impression is that the worst things you can cook are
unsaturated oils and proteins.

Treadmill while on Induction26 Mar 2004 16:04 GMT10
I'm on Atkins' Induction right now, day 4, and wondering if it would be OK

indicate I'm in ketosis, but I've been perfectly ...

dasani pure water26 Mar 2004 14:49 GMT2

unopened bottle of Dasani "pure water". Should I bin it or drink it? :-)
Incidently, whilst on holiday I heard that Dasani "pure water" ...

Protein: Pros, cons
Life: Carbohydrates come in short supply with many protein-rich diet

What exactly does it mean if honey is called orange blossom

around where the bees were making the honey?
This orange blossom honey I got is nasty, and I want an
Olive oil myth?26 Mar 2004 08:36 GMT1
I have heard that the state of a fat outside the body is the same state it
