| I can't believe what I saw on CNN! | 06 Jan 2004 20:00 GMT | 53 |
CNN aired a program today on diets and controlling your weight. They gave seven principles for weight control. One of them was to "eat a low fat, high carb diet". Don't they have experts vet this stuff?

In these latter days I'm attempting to eliminate as much as possible all the "bad stuff" that I've been existing on for years. One of the foods I've given up is butter. In it's place I've come to love Brummel and Brown's oleomargarine. However, one thing bothers me. Although the ...

So Men's Fitness has its "fattest cities" list out again, of course it's all over the news. This "study" by Men's Fitness is junk science. What's really sad is that other sources report it as if scientific fact.

Is there any such thing as a natural nasal decongestant? I always have a problem with a stuffy nose during the winter months, even when I don't have a cold. It is particularly bothersome when I wake up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth because I had been
