I'm a 70 year old, 6 ft, 163 lb male taking statins. My muscles have

creatine to my diet. Does anyone have any recommendations?

My husband takes 2000 mg of niacin daily (1000 in a.m. and 1000 in

been on it for about one year and it did help.
A month or so ago he started noticing a tenderness under his left arm

seemed to help but the capsules were about $6/day and I want to take this
stuff daily.   I tried some 30X tablets of unknown milligrams, ...

Man is the master of animals, we can kill them at will.
I often visit www.factoryfarming.com, where again and again, I am
reminded of my superiority over farm animals. They are bound to
miserable existence and ghoulish death, whereas I am enjoying their

Good fats, bad fats22 Jan 2004 22:05 GMT3
While it is somewhat recently that experts are starting to agree that
fats are important to our diet, it seems that we cannot agree on which

Lecithin and Phosphatidylserine22 Jan 2004 16:34 GMT5
I supplement with both soy lecithin and phosphatidylserine (PS) each
of which have well known health benefits. I understand that lecithin
contains some PS and was wondering how much. How many milligrams of PS
would be contained in say 100 grams of granulated soy lecithin, for
