I'm a 70 year old, 6 ft, 163 lb male taking statins. My muscles have been disappearing for the last few years despite playing volleyball and badminton several times a week. It has been suggested to me that I add creatine to my diet. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Well, it's really very simple, less is more, the more you dilute a homopathetic "cure" the better it works. Take one of the caps and mix it in some larger volumn of distilled water, now it is more dilute and more powerful; got it. See this page for more info on the whole ...
