On Coumadin. How to get wound to heal faster?14 Sep 2007 00:25 GMT1
I am taking Coumadin, which means that any little scrape bleeds and
doesn't form a scab for days.  Is there a topical product that can get a
wound to scab over sooner?
Nuclear power is our only hope to survive as a species!12 Sep 2007 21:59 GMT87
The American people have been brainwashed by irrational environmental
groups who do not know what they are talking about when it comes to
strategic energy issues.
1) France relies totally on nuclear power for electricity, and France

Someone close to me has seen her total cholesterol gradually climb to
just north of 240 (I don't have the lab report in front of me--her LDL
is elevated slightly, but her HDL is good--164, I think).
She is by inclination averse to taking meds, and her trusted internist

severe knee pain10 Sep 2007 21:28 GMT2
Long story-- but here's the short version:
I hurt my knee about 7 years ago (heavy treadmill workout, then jogging,
next morning problems). After a few months, it settled down but would flare
up now and then. Eventually, assorted tests (x-rays/MRI) showed arthritis

Night-time uncontrolled urination03 Sep 2007 18:31 GMT3
Pardon the common language, but I don't know the medical terms...... In our
case, the patient is using Depends, which work like they should, but they
still allow the fluid to get all over the place and many times leaks on the
bed, etc.  Lots of work cleaning up.
How to shield painful area?01 Sep 2007 03:42 GMT3
I have some plantar warts being treated with cantharidin, a nickel-size
blister formed and is violently painful to touch. This makes it difficult to
wear socks or shoes. Even sleeping requires special care to prevent it from
touching a blanket or the bed.
