left side of my upper nose has this small red spot that has been there

I've had severe athlete's foot for 2 years, and griseofulvin and
itraconazole don't even touch it. Will VFend and/or AmBisome work? What
about topically applying Clorox?

I've been swimming in the ocean, wading in some freshwater creeks, and
wearing sandals in very dry 90 degree heat.  My heels have hardened and
cracked and split right down to some blood supply.  This hurts when I walk.

I gave up on the cardio group - just a lot of fighting!
My wife is just out of the hospital after serious problems with fluid
excess, extremely low sodium level, etc. Her ankles were swollen, had
nausea (from the sodium thing, I guess), some breathing difficulty.
