Hello, does anyone know whether there are side effects in Vitamin E assumption for an unaffected carrier of Thalassemia/Thalassaemia? I'm a 40 year old unaffected carrier and I'm going to assume Vitamin E at a 400 mg dosage, is it safe for me? Thanks in advance, Carlo
