I have decided that a certificate in hygiene would be good idea to make compulsory for all workers in the health service or hospitals, from consultants to cleaners. A similar type of scheme was brought in for food in the UK and it had improved confidence and standards. Breaking

I've heard that nasal sprays can become addictive in that you start to become reliant on them to keep your nasal passages open. Is this true for saline nasal sprays, or only medicated sprays?
