Would it be a good idea to use a deseneitizer like EMLA cream on the skin prior to the lidocain shot given for vasectomy? It seems this would keep the shot from hurting badly. Has anyone had his before? I am scheduled for a vasectomy tomorrow and

I have an appointment with two doctors for vasectomy and need to cancel one. Both are urologists and have done many of them. One injects you with valium, one has you take a valium pill 20 minutes befor the procedure. To be truthful, I am a a little afraid of needles.

I've read that Tamiflu is the drug to take in case of symptoms. This thing is spreading in Eastern Europe, and now Western Europe is stockpiling huge doses of Tamiflu drug doses. How should we react to this ? Reminds me to get my regular flu shot
