Sorry for this obviously trivial question, but I need people with

For cold and coughing symptoms, I've been taking medications like 4 to 8 mg
of Chlorpheniramine Maleate (Chlor-Trimeton), and it works extremely well.
I've also tried Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and it works almost equally as
well.  I find I can take it only at night and the drugs ...

The wife had a terrible neck sprain 5 days back.
Terrible, Unbearable pain the first day - the doc didn't do any
X-Rays or Scans etc. Just asked my wife to squeeze the doctors hands
