They say you shouldn't move but don't define a tolerance level (obviously you move; you're breathing aren't you?). Suggestion: It's the responsibility of the operator to ensure that you CAN'T move (at least the appropriate parts). Strap the patient down.

I am an opththalmologist from India and am planning to move to US. Getting a license in US seems very time consuming(USMLE, internship, residency etc.) so I am exploring alternate career paths. I am considering MBA in healthcare, MPH etc but need more information.

I saw Dr. Nissan on the nightly news talking about the role of inflammation in the developement of CAD. This is not new news. As a matter of fact there were some recent studies that questioned the role of inflammation as a CAD marker.
