In an article I posted here (at least on the sinusitis NG, not sure about the other two) about Chronic Sinusitis, that I found on Medscape, the author recommended a course of prednisone, for severe chronic sinusitis, and we had a discussion about that.

Any docs offer suggestion for diagnosing why feet develop cold/raw feeling as a direct correlation to physical or mental stress (even reading or computing)? (Please assume the cause is not the obvious, sic, foot disorder or shoes, but rather somehow systemic.)
