I have seen tables on the recommended BMI for a certain height. My question is, are those weights what you should weight with or without cloths? I have been loosing weight with diet changes. I weighted 190.5 yesterday. Without cloths that figure dropped to 182.5.

I was in the hospital a few weeks ago and had an IV in my arm for a few days. It was in a big, fat vein that was a favorite place to draw blood because of the size. Since I have come home, the vein seems to have disappeared and does not seem to be coming back.
