| Why do my nails grow so fast? | 22 Mar 2004 22:38 GMT | 4 |
I don't like them. When they're cut and I clench my fist, I feel free, but when they're long, they feel like they're pinching my hand. They grow about 1/5 cm every ?4? days. It takes my sister 2 weeks just to get that long. I think I eat the same things as her. Please help.

| Jogging with a bad ankle? | 20 Mar 2004 04:48 GMT | 3 |
I sprained my ankle very badly three years ago. So bad that I heard a couple of loud pops when I fell, and I was walking with a noticeable limp for two weeks. I couldn't run at full speed for a month. Since then, I rolled over that ankle twice more that year.
