Every winter for the past 4 years, I get a dry cough (no mucus) that will last for 4 months. My throat does not hurt, I have no other symptoms of sickness (no headache, no stomache ache, etc.).

My old habit was to buy Ben & Jerry or Haagen Daz ice cream pints whenever on sale and would buy 20 to 30 pints filling up the freezer and would eat at least a pint per day. That has to stop now that I see that my heart is threatened by overweight. I will get back to 137 lbs

I lost part of speech on the morning of Nov. 10, 2003, and didn't go to hospital until the evening of Nov. 11. At that time I had only speech difficulty, but nothing else. I drove 25 miles on the highway, sometimes at the speed of 70 mph, from my residence to the hospital.

I was fully covered by a health plan, i had an injury that was covered by the plan, the doctor needs to see me to take a look at the injury, but i am no longer covered by the plan or any plan. can i go to the plan and claim that this injury is still covered by the plan?
