Chorea and lupus are linked / differential diagnosis. They tell us to check FOR lupus when there IS chorea. Polycythemia / erythrocytosis / iron excess CAUSES chorea. AGAIN polycythemia / erythrocytosis / iron excess linked to .. lupus.
