Since interferon causes increased red blood cell destruction .. one
might think THIS is the **reason** one finds .. destroyed red blood
cells / porphyrins.. IN .. lupus .. ?

I have a friend who has a variety of symptoms and no doctor has been
able to find out what's wrong.  I believe the symptoms are serious and
she's not improving.  I hate to think it's Lupus.  I am trying to help

i just had an echo done and had mild tricuspid regurgitation and they
estimated my (systolic) pulmonary artery pressure as being around 27
mmHg. is this considered normal or borderline? everything else was
normal on the echo.

Doctor found 3 legions and said not to worry, I had a sleep apnea test and
that came out positive.  I have future visits should I be worried about the
legions in my head?  Could I also have MS?

The neurosurgeon keeps saying he's doing fine. He has pneumonia which was
expected. He is still on a ventilator but they are talking about weaning him
from it. They aren't saying when; I'm hoping tomorrow. His blood pressure is
very low and they have to get it up to do a MRI on his ...

Is anyone experiencing pulling muscles and detaching tendons from
minimal exertion? Dr told me is normal for lupus and I should just
double up on some meds......I don't see how that is helping, because
am still pulling them.

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with this problem.  I am
working on a project where I have a patient that has been diagnosed with
lupus. Her symptoms aren't particularly severe.  Additionally,

Ok, anyone ever buy coolibar hats?  bucket hats especially.  Or any other
hat for that matter any where that is UVA/UVB protective?
I have a Tilley hat that is so darn heavy it makes me sweat. I also wear
ball hats but need more of a bucket hat.  I do own a straw hat but again
